Bar Supplies Sussex, or BSS, is an independent, family-owned supplier to the hospitality, catering and leisure industries across the South East.
Our roots go back more than 35 years, and today the business is run by the second generation of the family. During that time we have grown considerably, but the principles behind the business have remained much the same: dependable service, competitive pricing, knowledgeable people and genuinely strong relationships with our customers.
From our distribution centres in West and East Sussex, our own fleet delivers thousands of products to hospitality businesses across the region, from independent pubs, restaurants and cafés through to hotels, visitor attractions, leisure operators, hospitality groups and larger multi-site organisations.
Our range spans Catering Disposables, Tableware, Cleaning & Hygiene, Catering Equipment, and Food & Drink, giving our customers the convenience of sourcing more of what they need from one dependable supplier.

Being independent allows us to operate differently from many of the national distributors.
We can react quickly, make decisions locally and adapt our service around the businesses we supply. There are no call centres or layers of bureaucracy; our customers deal with people who understand their account, their operation and the challenges they face.
For us, good service isn't complicated. It means having the right products, delivering when we say we will, answering the phone and sorting problems quickly when they arise.
